    I seem to have a lot anchoring my spirit lately. I have a journal filled with quotes, scripture, etc that I turn to when needed. However, the one that has been with me the longest (just over 5 years now) is a quote from St. Augustine. It seems to encompass so much and helps center me when things get chaotic. "Our Hearts are Restless Until They Rest in You."

      Jessica, thank you so much for de-lurking! I love this quote from Augustine, and apropos for what I've been reading and writing lately. Also reminds me of an Audrey Assad song, and have been listening to her whole first album over and over as of late.
